Mosquito Kingdom

Spawns {[min_mosquitos]}-{[max_mosquitos]} mosquitos each time it hits an enemy. Mosquitos attack a random enemy, dealing {[min_mosquito_damage]} - {[max_mosquito_damage]} damage each. If a mosquito kills an enemy, they steal {[lifesteal_heal]} health.

Mosquito Kingdom

Effect

Spawns X–X mosquitos each time it hits an enemy. Mosquitos attack a random enemy, dealing X–X damage each. If a mosquito kills an enemy, they steal X health.

Usage Tips

  • Each hit spawns a swarm that independently attacks random enemies — this means a single throw into a crowd generates multiple simultaneous damage events across the entire enemy group, not just the contacted enemy.
  • The health steal on kill is a significant survival mechanic: in dense waves where mosquitos can secure kills frequently, Mosquito Kingdom functions as a passive lifesteal source that scales with enemy density.
  • Mosquito Kingdom benefits enormously from high hit-rate builds. The more times the ball contacts enemies, the more mosquito swarms are spawned — a high-bounce run compounds this quickly.

Synergies

  • Works well with Mosquito King: Mosquito King is the evolved form and an upgrade of the base Mosquito ball; Mosquito Kingdom's swarms combine thematically with the Mosquito family evolution tree, where each ball in the line improves on the previous mosquito mechanics.
  • Works well with Vampire-type builds: the health-steal-on-kill from Mosquito Kingdom stacks conceptually with other lifesteal sources (Vampire, Leech, Vampire Lord) to create a very resilient setup.
  • Works well with high-enemy-density waves: in stages with many low-HP enemies, the mosquitos secure frequent kills and provide a constant stream of stolen health. Less effective against single high-HP bosses where kill triggers are rare.
