Regent Resource Burst Build

Overview

Resource Burst uses draw and Star generation to fill hand then Star-spending cards to unleash it all at once. The goal: produce 20+ Stars in one turn and spend them with high-multiplier cards for lethal damage. Requires both generation and spending cards.
