Gambling Chip is a Rare relic that lets you discard any number of cards from your opening hand at the start of combat and draw the same number. It's essentially a full mulligan — discard unwanted Strikes or Defends and redraw into key cards. It dramatically improves deck consistency and its broad utility across any archetype makes it extremely attractive.
