Vine Bracelet is a Common relic that increases max HP on pickup. It has no in-combat effect, but the max HP bump creates breathing room for the entire rest of the run. HP management at Elites and Bosses becomes easier, and rest-site heal efficiency rises indirectly. Nothing flashy, but it's a solid, consistent survivability upgrade.
