Helical Dart is a Silent-only relic that grants 1 Dexterity every time you play a Shiv. Shiv builds received a huge buff in STS2, making this relic shine.
Shivs are 0-cost Attacks produced en masse by Blade Dance, Phantom Blades, and similar. With Helical Dart, every Shiv raises Dexterity, so subsequent Skill Block values skyrocket. Playing 5 Shivs in one turn grants +5 Dexterity, and a single Defend then produces 13 Block.
