Effect
Listed weapons auto-target the nearest enemy and gain a Cooldown bonus scaling with the character's projectile Speed. Homing + Cooldown reduction in one Arcana — a major upgrade for the listed weapons.
Recommended Builds
Excellent on short-range weapons that benefit from homing, and on characters who stack Speed. Higher base Speed stat = larger Cooldown reduction.
Best Pick Timing
Take early if you have listed weapons. Lean into Speed passives afterward.
