How Stage Unlocks Work
Two methods to unlock stages in Vampire Survivors:
- Level threshold: Reach a specific level in a particular stage
- Hyper Mode unlock: Defeat the 25-minute boss in that stage
No gold is required. Just play and meet the condition.

Best Stage by Purpose
Best for Gold & Unlocks: Moongolow
- Bracer / Empty Tome / Duplicator / Tiragisú spawn on the floor — strong passives from the start
- Pair with Arcana VIII Mad Groove to pull all floor items and collect evolution materials in one sweep
- Stable 20,000–30,000 coins per run
Best for Gold Bonus: The Bone Zone
- +50% gold in Normal, +100% in Hyper Mode
- High difficulty — better for intermediate-to-advanced players
Arcana System (Randomazzo): Gallo Tower
- The Randomazzo tool to unlock Arcanas spawns in Gallo Tower
- Complete at least once to access the Arcana system
Recommended Progression Order for Beginners
- Mad Forest × a few runs → reach Lv.20
- Inlaid Library → reach Lv.40
- Dairy Plant → reach Lv.60
- Gallo Tower → collect Randomazzo, unlock Arcanas
- Moongolow → use as base for all future farming

Hyper Mode enemies also move faster — mobility builds are required. Beginners should prioritize normal-mode progression first.
