Glowwater Potion grants 1 Buffer. Buffer completely negates one instance of HP loss, regardless of damage size, making it a powerful buff. As event-adjacent potions go, it's near the top.
Since it can fully negate a boss's big-hit turn, it sits at B tier. It works as a last-ditch barrier when Block can't catch up, with stellar value against single big hits.
Timing ideally lands before a boss telegraphs a massive attack. Usefully, it persists until consumed, so drinking early is fine. But it only absorbs one instance, so against multi-hit attacks only the first hit is negated — read the enemy pattern before use.
