A unique cost-1 card: 7 damage (10 upgraded), draw 4, and keep only the 0-cost cards. The more 0-cost cards in the deck, the richer the hand becomes.

It shines in decks built around 0-cost cards: Claw, Beam Cell, Blind, FTL, Momentum Strike (after the first play), and similar. Cards drawn that cost more than 0 get discarded, which punishes heavy-cost builds. Scrape is engineered for high 0-cost ratios and drives Claw decks and 0-cost-focused decks forward.
