Rating & Analysis
Runner is a mid-tier Joker that shines once the conditions are met. Whether to pick it up depends on your build direction and what the shop offers. The Chip bonus raises your baseline damage, and it becomes even more valuable alongside Plasma Deck or Stuntman. As a scaling Joker, the earlier you grab it, the larger the eventual payoff.
This Joker grows every time its condition is met, so an early pickup leads to a much higher final value. Target Ante 3–5 as the ideal acquisition window; picking it up from Ante 6 onward is usually the second-best option.
