Top-up Tag spawns up to 2 Common Jokers — excellent fodder for Ceremonial Dagger or Campfire.
Skip Tags are awarded randomly when you skip a Small/Big Blind. If the value of the Tag outweighs the ante reward, be aggressive about skipping.
