Rating & Analysis
Wasteful adds +1 discard every round, which is essential for any discard-leaning build — Yorick, Burnt Joker, Merry Andy, and so on.
Only one voucher appears per Ante in the shop, and once bought the effect lasts the rest of the run. Purchase priority depends on your build direction, but option-expanding vouchers (Overstock / Reroll Surplus) are always high on the list.

Tips & Usage
- Only one voucher per Ante shows up. Decide whether to grab it now or hold out for the next.
- Upper-tier vouchers (Tycoon / Observatory / Liquidation, etc.) require the lower tier to be owned first.
- Economy vouchers (Seed Money / Clearance Sale) compound the earlier you pick them up.
- The Voucher Tag adds one more voucher to the shop. Pairs well with the Anaglyph Deck's Double Tag.
