A stamina-free weapon. Applies debuffs to the opponent and empowers surrounding weapons based on debuff count.

Reaper Subclasses Complete Guide
What Are Subclasses?
In Backpack Battles, subclasses are special class customizations you select from the shop at Round 8. Each subclass comes with a dedicated class item that is immediately added to your backpack upon selection. Subclasses heavily influence your build direction and serve as the core of your game plan.
The Reaper has 5 subclasses, covering a range of dark tactics: lifesteal, curse stacking, buff removal, potion combinations, and poison tanking.
When and How to Choose Your Subclass
Subclasses are chosen from the Round 8 shop. Since Reaper has many debuff-based synergies, it's important to assess your current items and predict the opponent's strategy before deciding.
Basic selection guidelines:
- Identify which debuff-type items you've collected so far
- Estimate the opponent's healing and buff capabilities to pick a counter
- Finalize your decision based on what appears in the Round 8 shop
- Decide beforehand whether you're going for a sustained battle or aggressive early win
Individual Subclass Details
Vampiress — Lifesteal Build
Class Item: Vampire Cape — Greatly enhances lifesteal on attacks, recovering a percentage of damage dealt as HP.
Strengths: Exceptional self-sustain in prolonged fights. Pairs with high DPS to create near-infinite regeneration. Weaknesses: Requires dealing damage to heal — limited against defensive opponents.
Witch — Curse and Debuff Build
Class Item: Demonic Mask — Increases the chance to apply random debuffs on attack, enabling multiple debuffs simultaneously.
Strengths: Cripples the enemy's combat capability through stacked debuffs. Becomes increasingly powerful over time. Weaknesses: Slow ramp-up makes it weak against fast aggression.
Hexblade — Buff Removal Build
Class Item: Cursed Dagger — Attacks remove one enemy buff and deal bonus damage for each buff removed.
Strengths: Devastating against buff-heavy opponents. Combines offense and defense simultaneously. Weaknesses: Little value against opponents who don't use buffs.
Alchemist — Potion Combo Build
Class Item: Potion — Amplifies synergies between potion items and triggers multiple effects simultaneously.
Strengths: High adaptability through diverse simultaneous effects. Weaknesses: Complex synergy management is difficult for newcomers.
Snake — Poison Tank Build
Class Item: Snake Scale — Grants significant poison resistance and converts your own poison stacks into attack power.
Strengths: Unique mechanic of turning incoming poison into offensive power. Weaknesses: Limited attack ceiling when opponents don't use poison.

Recommended Builds by Subclass
Aim for stacking buffs through chained card effects. The longer the chain, the stronger.
A classic approach: spread massive amounts of poison and win through DoT.
Grinds out wins through lifesteal. The downside is the long setup time.
