Maggot is the modest standalone, broken in summon builds ball. The infestation spawns persistent maggots that continuously attack hosts, so paired with Mosquito King or Nosferatu, summon count snowballs.

The classic amplifier ball: weak alone, build-defining when combined. Multiplies further with The Pitling's leadership boost and Iron Fool's strength scaling.
