With the beetle’s mutagenic bite, the Amethyst Ant started exuding its toxin from every pore, so much so that the toxin is now crystallizing. When shattered, the crystals can release a cloud of soporific fumes, or worse, splinter into razor-sharp fragments that lodge themselves into the victim, injecting the toxin directly into its bloodstream. The Crystal Dragon-Wasp knows this well and throws itself at its foes, intent on breaking its crystals upon them.
