I knew an old Tongue Biter’s ever-growing tongue could cause issues later in life, but this specimen takes it to a disgusting extreme that I’ve never before observed... The tongue itself doesn’t have an esophagus, meaning the animal must feed through its original mouth. So how has it managed to survive this long? I noticed the Son of the Abyss crushing insects into a paste before it engaged us... Was that to feed the creature?
