Rating
A uniquely-shaped attack. Alternating +$5/+$1 via Journey token, with a brutal trash effect when at +$5.
Biggest strength: "$5 punch + force-trashing $3-$6 cards." Silver, Gold, engine parts get hit. Estates ($2) and Curses ($0) are safe, but opponents constantly risk losing important deck pieces.
Community consensus: strong attack, top of cost-5 attacks. Tier A-S.
How to Play
Early $5: take Giant. Competing with Smithy/Gold; in attacking boards Giant wins.
Mid: Fire Giant every turn. +$5 turns = Province + attack double-up. +$1 turns reinforced with Caravan Guard etc.
Two Giants: alternate +5 and +1. Combined +$6 still hits hard. Three Giants brings +$5 frequency to 2-of-3.
Key Combos
Giant + King's Court: KC-Giant = +$1 +$5 +$1 = +$7 with two attacks.
Giant + on-gain treasures (Hero): +$5 Province plus attack.
Giant + Amulet: Journey refresh.

Counters & Bad Matchups
