Normal play is already strong: +1 Villager + +$2 at cost 4 beats Silver and adds Villagers.
Overall A tier. Top-tier cost-4 card; on reveal-effect boards, exceptional.
How to Play
Auto-buy at 4 coins. Above Silver.
Mid: every-turn +$2 + Villager stash.
Late: Villagers fuel terminals, +$2 supports Province buys.

Note: "reveal" ≠ "draw." Drawing into hand normally doesn't trigger.
