Biggest strength: instant utility. Gain Silver → +$2 same turn; gain Inventor → chain gains; gain Smithy → +3 cards.

Overall A tier. Cost-5 efficiency with hand-gain is exceptional, engine core.

How to Play

Auto-buy at 5 coins.

Mid: every turn gain Action/Treasure for instant use.

Late: gain Silver for instant +$2 to fund Provinces.

  • Silver (Treasure, +1 Villager): Economy + token.
  • Inventor / Experiment: Instant chain.
  • Smithy: Instant +3 draw.
  • Border Guard / Ducat: Instant filter / Coffers.

Sculptor + Inventor: Gain Inventor to hand → chain gain.

Sculptor + Experiment: Gain Experiment → +2 cards / +1 Action immediately.

Sculptor + Smithy: Gain Smithy → +3 instantly.

Sculptor + City Gates: +1 hand size.

Sculptor + Throne Room: TR + Sculptor = 2 gains.

Timing: gain → instant hand use within same turn. Action phase gain → continue Actions.

Treasure gain + Villager: Silver gain = +$2 + Villager. Best target generally.

Multiple Sculptors: 2-3 sustain every-turn gain chains for fast deck growth.

Note: Action gains require +1 Action available. Pair with Villages or Villagers.
