Effect and Behavior
Twin Dragon fires horizontal slashes simultaneously to the left and right of the player. Both directions activate at once, so enemies approaching from either side are hit in the same attack cycle. There is no vertical coverage — enemies approaching from above or below are not hit — but the weapon excels at clearing wide horizontal corridors as the player moves.
When a Glimmer procs, the "Gravedigger" technique activates and fires an additional attack separate from the standard slashes. Gravedigger is calculated independently and produces a burst of damage on top of the regular horizontal hits, making high-Glimmer-rate builds disproportionately strong.
Speed controls how frequently slashes fire, Area widens the horizontal arc, and Might scales damage. Karoma's Mana is a Duration-boosting passive that serves as the evolution material while also extending each slash's active window.

Hold Karoma's Mana, max Twin Dragon, then open a chest after 10:00 to evolve.

Strengths
Simultaneous left-and-right coverage is extremely efficient against enemies approaching from both flanks — moving horizontally through a wide enemy formation hits enemies on both sides of every step. Area stacking dramatically expands the horizontal arc, increasing the number of enemies caught per swing. Gravedigger procs deliver burst damage that helps overcome high-HP enemies. Karoma's Mana's Duration bonus extends how long each slash's hitbox remains active, catching enemies that enter slightly after the initial frame.
Weaknesses
No vertical coverage means enemies approaching from directly above or below avoid all damage. A full-coverage secondary weapon is mandatory to close this gap. Gravedigger relies on random Glimmer procs and cannot be consistently relied upon for burst timing. Level 6 is required to unlock the weapon, which demands a run specifically aimed at leveling it up first.
Recommended Characters

Recommended Passives
| Passive | Reason |
|---|---|

| Bracer | Speed increase raises slash rate and Glimmer chances |
| Pummarola | HP regen covers damage from unprotected vertical angles |
Good Arcana Pairings
| Arcana | Effect |
|---|---|
| XI - Strange Destiny | Glimmer rate increase causes more frequent Gravedigger procs |
| XIII - Rota Fortunae | Further multiplies damage output |
Gameplay Tips
The optimal movement pattern with Twin Dragon is lateral — moving side-to-side through wide enemy formations so both the left and right arcs catch as many enemies as possible per cycle. Vertical enemy columns are less efficiently cleared; prioritize Candelabrador early to widen the arc and compensate. Secure Karoma's Mana for the Duration bonus and evolution progress, then stack a vertical-coverage weapon to eliminate the top/bottom blind spot.
FAQ
Q. What exactly is "horizontal" coverage? A. Slashes fire simultaneously to the left and right of the player. No attack goes upward or downward. Enemies approaching from the sides are hit; enemies approaching from top or bottom are not.
Q. How does Gravedigger activate? A. Automatically via the Glimmer system at a random chance. Speed and Growth stats can influence proc frequency.
Q. What does Karoma's Mana do? A. A DLC passive item that increases the Duration stat — extending how long weapon effects remain active. It is also Twin Dragon's evolution material.
