The Abacus is a Shop relic that grants 6 Block every time the draw pile reshuffles. Longer fights mean more shuffles and meaningful cumulative Block. Decks with fast cycling get more payoff; average decks only reshuffle 1-2 times per fight. As a shop relic it often loses to other options, and it's best picked up after a high-shuffle deck is already assembled.
