Area Overview
The Crossroads is Melinoe's home base and the central hub of Hades 2 — a liminal space between the Underworld and the mortal world. All runs begin and end here, and it expands significantly as Incantations are completed.
NPCs including Hecate, Odysseus, Dora, and others are found here between runs. The Crossroads is where Incantations are brewed, keepsakes are managed, and all meta-progression upgrades are applied.
Key Facilities (Unlocked via Incantations)
- The Cauldron: Brew Incantations to unlock new abilities, tools, and facilities
- Garden (Soil Plots): Plant seeds collected with the Silver Spade
- Hot Springs: Use Bath Salts to invite NPCs for bonding events
- Fishing Pier: Use Twin Lures for fishing activities with NPCs
- Training Grounds: Practice combat mechanics between runs
Notes
The Crossroads grows and changes as the story progresses. Many of its facilities require specific Incantations to unlock. It also serves as the location for all NPC gift-giving and relationship advancement.
