• High-base-damage cards (King Bible, Runetracer) benefit most — doubling a large number yields huge returns
• Evolved weapons with naturally high damage output
• Cards you cycle frequently for consistent doubling

• Might powerup: Might and Double Damage multiply together, scaling output exponentially
• Combo multipliers: If the card also benefits from combo scaling, both the base and combo damage are effectively doubled
• Amount Gem: More projectiles + doubled damage = massive burst

Simple and universally powerful. Socketing this on your highest-damage card is almost always the correct choice regardless of build.
