Book Repair Knife is a Necrobinder-exclusive relic that heals 3 HP whenever you kill an enemy via Doom execution. Doom execution is one of Necrobinder's main kill conditions, so trigger opportunities are reasonable, but the 3 HP heal is modest — that's the drawback.
In Doom builds the trigger happens naturally and often, but in non-Doom builds it simply never fires. Pairing with Undying Seal to combine Doom defense and healing is the ideal play pattern, but since both are Weak alone, that's the catch.
