A unique Status given in fights against Ant Pit enemies. Playing it raises the Ant Pit counter (an enemy buff) by 1, and the card's own cost rises by 1 as well. It's part of the escape mechanic of that encounter, so when and whether to play it is a real decision. Playing it strengthens the enemy; holding it clogs your hand. Since the cost climbs with each play, repeat uses get heavy fast. Because this Status only appears in Ant Pit fights, it never shows up elsewhere.

• Added to your deck during combat with Ant Pit / sandpit-style enemies - this Status is exclusive to that fight
• Ant Pit enemies repeatedly apply Frantic Escape, so multiple copies often end up in the deck
• Status cards exist only during combat and are removed automatically after combat ends

• Understand the Ant Pit mechanic: each Frantic Escape you play raises the Ant Pit value. Decide whether to play based on the fight's tempo
• Medical Kit: play the Status to Exhaust it, clearing the card from hand without increasing Ant Pit. Having Medical Kit is a huge advantage in this fight
• Quick finish: defeat the enemy before Ant Pit scales up
• Keep it in hand: not playing it keeps Ant Pit down. Sacrificing a hand slot to hold the counter low is a valid choice
