HP 82 is low, but Downgrade debuffs your card quality, and on turn 5 it lines up Prepare into Magic Bomb for catastrophic damage. Power Shield also stacks Block, so it's tougher than it looks. The entire fight comes down to handling the turn 5 Magic Bomb.

Downgrade reverts upgraded cards to their base version, Power Shield stacks Block, and around turn 5 it lines up Prepare then Magic Bomb. Downgrade may even affect the run beyond this fight, so killing it early is a priority.

• The turn 5 Prepare then Magic Bomb is the biggest threat. When Prepare intents appear, max out Block for the next turn
• Ideally kill it within 5 turns. Without Magic Bomb this elite isn't scary. HP 82 is within speed-kill range
• Downgrade weakens your damage from the start. Decks with many upgraded cards suffer more from Downgrade
• Power Shield stacks Block, so effective HP is higher than 82. Account for extra damage to strip Block
• Poison completely ignores Power Shield's Block, making it extremely effective
• If you can build Block to survive Magic Bomb, fighting past turn 5 is possible, but stacked Downgrades in a long fight are rough

• Ironclad: Push heavy damage to kill in 5 turns. You need enough damage to break through Power Shield. Strength buffs make it comfortable
• Silent: Poison ignores Power Shield — the optimal answer. Stacking Poison takes it down within 5 turns easily
• Defect: Frost Orbs prep for Magic Bomb while Lightning chips the body. With enough Frost to survive Magic Bomb this is a safe kill
• Necrobinder: Minions add hit count to strip Block while damaging the body. Target a 5-turn kill
• Regent: Power-based damage-over-time keeps damage flowing, and stack Block on the Magic Bomb turn. Early Power deployment is the key
