Learn the secret of "Crush"

• Add Crush to your deck (Attack: 12 damage + apply Vulnerable 3)

Exterminate and Crush fill completely different roles, so the basic guideline is to pick whichever covers your deck's weakness.

Exterminate is AoE and shines in the multi-enemy trash fights of Act 2. Because it hits 4 times for 4 damage each, it synergizes extraordinarily well with Strength. Each point of Strength adds 4 to total damage, so in a Strength-scaling deck the damage output explodes.

Crush deals 12 single-target damage and applies 3 Vulnerable. Three turns of Vulnerable is a long duration and cuts incoming damage significantly in Elite and Boss fights. Being both damage and a debuff on one card makes it reliable against a single tough target.

• If you are short on AoE, prioritize Exterminate. Act 2's Coven has lots of multi-enemy encounters, so AoE demand is high
• If your deck can gain Strength, Exterminate's value shoots up. At Strength 5, Exterminate totals (4+5)x4 = 36 damage
• If you are lacking single-target damage for Elites and Bosses, pick Crush. The Vulnerable 3 also helps on defense, making it an all-in-one offense/defense card
• Both are gained at no risk and you must pick one. If your deck direction is still undecided, the more versatile Crush is slightly more stable
