Regal Pillow is a Common relic that heals an extra 15 HP when you Rest. Stacked on top of normal rest healing, a single campfire recovers a huge chunk of HP, letting you march into the next fight or Elite with breathing room. The more Rests you take the bigger the benefit, though the tradeoff — skipping Upgrades to Rest more — becomes a tough call. As a reliable Common, it's a solid pick to stabilize HP from early on.
