Effect
Deal 3 damage 4 times to all enemies. If it kills the target, return to hand.
Rating
Exterminate is an elite AoE multi-hit Attack - 3 damage x 4 hits to every enemy, with kill refund. Each hit scales independently with Strength and Vulnerable, so with a Strength build it explodes. The kill-refund mechanic means cleaning up a weakened trash wave returns it to hand for repeat use. A top-tier pickup for multi-hit, debuff, and scaling builds.
How to Use
- Pair with Strength buffs (Feeding Frenzy, Inflame, Demon Form) to maximize the per-hit damage addition
- Combine with Vulnerable application to boost each hit by 50%
