Rating & Analysis
Abandoned Deck removes all 12 face cards (J/Q/K), shrinking the deck to 40 cards. The benefit is faster card cycling, but the cost is huge — Baron, Canio, Triboulet, Smiley Face, Scary Face, Photograph and other face-card Jokers all become useless.
Niche pickups thrive: Ride the Bus (+Mult on no-face hands fires every play), Erosion (+Mult per missing card from 52), Fibonacci (A/2/3/5/8 +Mult). Theme builds work, but the run lacks the explosive ceilings of top decks.
Tier-list-wise, Abandoned sits in C territory — interesting but underwhelming.

Tips & Usage
- Generating face cards (Emperor Tarot etc.) restores face Jokers but loses the deck identity.
- Ride the Bus is top priority — it scales free here.
- Death Tarot + Erosion is a fun combo.
- Skip face-card Jokers (Baron, Triboulet, Canio) entirely — their text doesn't fire.
Caveats
- Face-card Jokers are dead — choice pool shrinks.
- Eternal locking a face Joker = run-ender.
- Straights / Flushes still work but you miss the legendary highrolls.
