Rating & Analysis

Painted Deck dramatically widens hand selection — 10 cards in hand means picking 5 from a much larger pool. Flush / Straight / Four of a Kind plans become much more reliable; the variance per hand drops sharply.

The -1 Joker slot is a real cost for Joker-stacking plans, but 4 strong Jokers can still score plenty. Stuntman (+50 Chips, -1 hand size, +1 Joker slot) effectively restores you to 5 slots. The deck pairs especially well with hand-manipulation Jokers like DNA and Merry Andy.

Tips & Usage

  • Pick up Stuntman ASAP to offset -1 Joker slot.
  • Use the 10-card hand: take time to read all options before discarding.
  • Prioritize hand-manipulation Jokers (DNA, Merry Andy).
  • Copy Jokers (Blueprint/Brainstorm) lose some value in 4-slot configs — weigh the tradeoff.
  • Antimatter Spectral restores Joker slot to 5.

Caveats

  • -1 Joker slot makes synergy stacking harder.
  • High Stakes Eternal/Perishable hurts more; one bad lock = 1/4 of slots wasted.
  • Hand +2 only pays off if you actively analyze the larger hand.
