Gold Card is an enhancement that pays +$3 at end of round when held in hand. Its main role is combining economy with hand-holding via Baron / Reserved Parking.
Enhancements are permanent, so they raise the baseline of your entire deck. Rather than spreading buffs thin, concentrating enhancements on a few key cards can be more efficient. Pairing with "enhancement count" Jokers like Driver's License multiplies the value sharply.
