Fortune Teller turns Tarot card usage into permanent +Mult. Each Tarot played adds +1 Mult forever, accumulating to +30–60 Mult over a normal run, and +100 Mult or more if you can get a Cartomancer + Perkeo loop online. The buff is additive, not as explosive as xMult, but combined with xMult Jokers (Hologram, Canio) the multiplicative interaction "+Mult × xMult" snowballs hard.
The dream synergy is the Cartomancer + Perkeo + Fortune Teller trio: Cartomancer generates Tarots on Blind select → Fortune Teller scales → Perkeo Negative-copies the Tarots for permanent stock → infinite consumable loop. Magic Deck (2 Fool + Crystal Ball start) and Zodiac Deck (Tarot Merchant + Planet Merchant + Overstock) both pair perfectly.
At only $6 it's an extremely cheap pickup. Tier lists rank Fortune Teller at S in any Tarot-axis build.

Tips & Usage
- Push Tarot supply: Tarot Merchant → Tarot Tycoon and Crystal Ball → Omen Globe.
- Pick up Fortune Teller as early as possible — Ante 1–2 is ideal.
- Use Tarots even if their effect is mediocre — the +1 Mult counts.
- Blueprint / Brainstorm copying Fortune Teller doubles the +Mult.
- With Perkeo, Negative-copy not just the strong Tarots but also routine ones.
Caveats
- Early game +Mult is small; impact builds in the mid-game.
- Builds that don't use Tarots leave Fortune Teller dead.
- Spectral / Planet cards do not count — only Tarot cards.
- Perishable Fortune Teller is a race against time — burn Tarots fast.
- Without xMult support, +Mult alone caps out by mid-Ante.
