Shotgun is a B-tier wall-triggered scatter ball. Upon hitting a wall, it simultaneously launches multiple iron baby balls outward. These mini-projectiles fly in various directions until they contact an enemy or other obstacle, then disappear.
The wall-bounce trigger means every bounce generates a scatter blast. Near-wall bounces near dense enemy groups maximize scatter damage — the baby balls have the most targets to hit when launched close to groups. B-tier due to the random scatter direction, but consistent in generating multi-projectile bursts per wall contact.
When to Pick
- High-bounce builds where frequent wall contacts multiply scatter shots
- Stages with enemies near walls where scatter has short travel distance
- Supplement to other balls for incidental scatter damage
