Type-diversity-scaling treasure. Floor is +$2 (Treasure itself + one more type), ceiling reaches +$5 with compound-type Rising Sun cards (Action-Fate, Action-Shadow, etc).

Best on boards with many compound-type cards. With 2-3 such cards in play, Rice reaches Gold-tier output.

Overall B tier. Rises to A on diversity-rich boards.

How to Play

Early: 4-coin pickup option. Beats Silver via the +Buy, but yields +$2-$3 only.

Mid-game: assemble compound types to scale Rice's coin output.

End-game: with engine spinning, Rice alone can output +$5 or more.

Type Counting

Card types: Action, Treasure, Victory, Curse, Reaction, Attack, Duration, Shadow, Fate, Reserve, Night, etc.

Rice is Treasure; with a Samurai (Action-Duration-Attack) in play, Rice counts Treasure/Action/Duration/Attack = +$4.

Key Combos

Rice + Samurai / Kitsune: Compound types boost count.

Rice + Fate cards: Adds Fate.

Rice + Shadow cards: Adds Shadow.
