Effect
Allows Heart Refreshes to materialise in all stages and grants access to a new part of Dracula's Castle.
Usage Notes
DLC-exclusive progression item. Defeating the Giant Bat boss is the prerequisite. Once obtained, Heart Refreshes spawn in all stages, providing a reliable healing source. A new wing of Dracula's Castle also becomes available.
Evolution and Synergy
The regular supply of Heart Refreshes significantly improves survival in low-HP situations. Particularly useful in builds lacking strong passive regeneration.
