Overview
Over the Top enables infinite reuse of your Crawler's unique card by sending it back to the top of the deck immediately after each play. Instead of waiting for the card to cycle naturally through your deck, you are guaranteed to draw it again at the start of your next turn.
The strongest beneficiaries are Crawlers with high-impact unique cards. Concetta's signature card deals heavy single-target damage, and being able to fire it off every single turn — rather than once every few turns — dramatically increases her sustained DPS. Kroci similarly benefits from the guaranteed access to her unique effects each round.
Pairing Over the Top with Make a Scene creates a double-trigger scenario: Make a Scene fires your Crawler's active effect at turn start for free, and then Over the Top ensures the card is ready in your hand to play again manually during the same turn. For Crawlers with trigger-based scaling, this combination can double or more their effective trigger rate.
Tips
The main cost of Over the Top is that you must spend mana on the Crawler card every turn. If the card's cost is high, this can crowd out other plays. Sharp Mind helps by carrying over unspent mana, making the mandatory Crawler card expenditure easier to accommodate. Also consider that decks relying on specific draw order may need to account for the Crawler card always sitting on top.
