Rating
Bronze Scales is a Common relic that applies Thorns 3 at combat start. Since enemies take 3 damage every time they attack, it shines against multi-hit foes. In trash fights, passive damage alone can finish some enemies and streamlines early combats. But in late Acts and boss fights Thorns 3 is negligible, and the relic does nothing on turns the enemy doesn't attack. It's a middle-of-the-road Common — pick something stronger when available. Against multi-hit bosses or Elites, though, it can do more than expected.
