Rating and Analysis

An Exhaust Skill that grants 1-2 Energy and 2 draws at cost 0. Single-use, but that single use creates enormous advantage. Since it boosts both Energy and draw at once, it's useful in any situation — especially clutch moments (want to play a big card but short on Energy, or want more draw). Being Exhaust, it thins the deck, also pairing well with Grand Finale decks. Upgrading to +2 Energy enables even bigger reversals. One of the best Exhaust Skills in the game.

How to Use

  • Cost 0 means you can play it with any hand, but value is maximized in Energy-short or key-draw situations.
  • With Corrosive Wave, Adrenaline's 2 draws trigger Poison twice.
  • As an Exhaust, it thins the deck; in Grand Finale decks, actively use Exhaust cards to thin faster.
  • Combined with Bullet Time, gain Energy with Adrenaline first, then Bullet Time lets you play many cards.
  • Upgraded gains 2 Energy, enabling an extra 2-cost card — great for sealing the game late.

Good Synergies

  • Corrosive Wave: AoE Poison each draw this turn. Adrenaline's 2 draws trigger Poison twice.
  • Grand Finale: The Exhaust thinning concept aligns. Speeds up emptying the draw pile.
  • Bullet Time: Play your hand at cost 0. Gain Energy with Adrenaline first, then Bullet Time for max plays.
  • Afterimage: Gain 1 Block each play. Even Exhaust Adrenaline triggers it.

Pick Priority

  • Act 1 early: Top priority. Strongest Exhaust Skill, useful in any deck. Grab on sight.
  • Act 1 late: Top priority. Universal pick regardless of build direction.
  • Act 2+: High priority. One copy is usually enough, but a second can be justified.
  • Boss reward: Top priority. Energy + draw burst decides boss fight clutch turns.
