Forever Heart permanently increases max HP by +1 each time it is played. The non-expiring nature is the key differentiator — the more you play it, the higher your HP ceiling grows. By the time you reach a boss, stacking early plays can mean +10 to +20 max HP over a run.
Exceptional in tank builds or any archetype that scales off max HP.
