Arca Ladonna is Vampire Crawlers' Mana compression specialist, starting with Spellbinder. Her passive reduces the Mana cost of every card in hand and deck by 1 at the start of each turn (minimum 0). As a result, she is the only Crawler who organically removes the Mana ceiling that limits other builds. When combined with the Chain Link, Sharp Mind, and Mana Syphon Arcana trio, she can chain cost-0 cards indefinitely, making her one of the highest-ceiling characters in the game at A-tier.

At the start of each turn, all cards in hand and deck have their Mana cost reduced by 1 (minimum 0). The reduction applies to that turn's usage; it does not permanently lower base costs. Over the course of a run, increasingly expensive cards become free to play, enabling combos that would be Mana-impossible for other Crawlers.

Zero-Cost Trinity

Secure Chain Link, Sharp Mind, and Mana Syphon Arcanas. With all three, most cards become free, creating an unbreakable Combo chain. Layer multiple placement weapons empowered by Spellbinder's Duration to maintain board control while cycling endlessly. Use Wild Gems to stabilize Mana in the early game until the Arcana engine is assembled.

• Chain Link: Bonus damage during active Combo. Cost-0 chains keep the Combo running at all times.
• Sharp Mind: Accelerates draws when hand is large. Combined with cost-0 cycling, draw rate becomes explosive.
• Mana Syphon: Returns Mana on each card played. Completes the loop so cost-0 cards never drain the Mana pool.

• Stardust Anvil: Improves Spellbinder's base stats and extends Duration effectiveness further.
• Gem Hammer: Speeds up evolutions so Spellbinder's upgraded form arrives sooner.
• Combo Stack: Converts the massive Combo count from cost-0 chains into proportional attack bonuses.

Spellbinder's Duration boost makes all placement weapons (Santa Water, King Bible, etc.) stay on the field longer, complementing Dommario's archetype on Arca as well. The three-Arcana trinity is Arca's highest priority acquisition—securing all three dramatically elevates her threat level. Wild Gems serve as a reliable Mana bridge while building toward the completed engine.

Arca's passive is the most unique cost-reduction mechanic in the game, and her late-game ceiling rivals S-tier when the Arcana trio is complete. Slower startup and Arcana-draw dependency keep her at A-tier rather than the top.
