Since Bloody Tear's lifesteal scales with damage (and higher max HP creates more buffer for experimentation), stacking multiple Hollow Hearts before evolution significantly amplifies the sustained combat strategy.

In Bloody Tear runs, secure both. Use all Hollow Hearts except the evolution copy before evolving — the pre-stacked HP immediately benefits Bloody Tear's lifesteal buffer.
