"Search for Treasure" to grab the Spoils Map is strongly recommended. The Relic is free with zero downside. The Spoils Map smooths out the rest of the run, so this is almost always the pick.

"Leave Carefully" costs 8 HP for a single random potion. Compared to a free Relic, the return is tiny and you even pay HP for it. There is almost no reason to choose this.

• Spoils Map is a risk-free pickup, so "Search for Treasure" is essentially auto-pick
• Play into the Spoils Map effect with your map choices after pickup
• "Leave Carefully" costs 8 HP and then gives a random potion. Bad rolls give weak potions, so the risk-reward is not balanced
• Early Act 1 HP is precious. 8 HP can compound into the next fight, so chasing potions is not worth it
