Rating
A 2-cost Attack that deals 13-18 damage AND seeds a Soul into draw pile, hand, AND discard pile simultaneously. One play = 3 Souls placed instantly across every zone — a huge burst of Soul infrastructure.
Because one Soul lands directly in hand, Possession and Soul Eater triggers can fire the same turn you play Split Spirit — that immediacy is the real power. Soul Storm's Exude count also climbs on every Soul consumed. Upgraded 18 damage is a premium number for 2 cost.
Rating: A-tier (powerful Soul supplier, seeds 3 zones at once)
How to Use
- With Possession or Soul Eater in play, spend the hand Soul immediately for an extra trigger same turn
- Combo with Soul Storm — each Split Spirit pumps the Exude Soul count quickly
- Upgraded 18 damage for 2 cost is an elite rate
- Pair with Soul Extraction (add 3-4 Souls to draw) to flood the deck with Souls in one turn
Synergies / Deck Types
- Possession: spend the hand Soul right away for bonus damage the same turn as Split Spirit
- Soul Eater: Summon 1-2 every time a hand Soul is played. Split Spirit feeds it instantly
- Soul Storm: scales on Exude Soul count. Split Spirit fills the discard, counters climb fast
- Soul Extraction: adds 3-4 Souls to draw. Chain with Split Spirit for a Soul-stuffed deck in one turn
