A Skill that grants 6-8 Vitality for 1 Energy. Vitality is a Regent-specific status with a temporary Block-like defensive effect - it reduces incoming damage or combines with other card effects in place of HP-adjacent resources.

Its adoption value depends on how Vitality is being leveraged. If it serves as a defensive support, it is worth running from the early game, and specific synergies push its rating higher. Standalone defense is modest, but its cost-to-effect ratio is simple and easy to use.

• Play it before predictable incoming damage to blunt the hit with Vitality.
