A Skill-synergy attack at 0 cost that deals 4 damage per Skill played this turn. Cast it after 5 Skills for 20 damage, after 10 for 40 — scaling climbs without a ceiling based on Skill count. 0 cost means you don't sacrifice Energy for any other cards.

Regent has abundant 0-1 cost Skills like Gamma Blast, Meteor Shower, and Star Cloak, making it easy to rack up Skill counts. But zero Skills played = zero damage, so discipline your play order: Skills first, Moonlight Wave last.

• Play it at the end of the turn. Fire as many Skills first, then close out with Moonlight Wave
• Most powerful on turns loaded with 0-cost Skills (Gamma Blast, Meteor Shower, Glimmer, etc.)
• Difficult Choice casts a Skill 3 times, instantly adding +3 to the count — a massive Moonlight Wave spike

• Gamma Blast: 0-cost Skill that trivially pads the count. Multiple copies ramp Moonlight Wave hard
• Difficult Choice: Triple Skill cast adds +3 to the count instantly — huge single-turn damage
• Execute: Returns to hand every 3 Skills. Attack with Execute while spamming Skills, then finish with Moonlight Wave
