Joss Paper is a Shop relic that draws 1 card every 5 Exudes. Decks that lean on Exuding get a steady drip of extra draw, smoothing hand turnover. Once an Exude-heavy engine is set up it becomes reliable extra resource, but decks without Exude tools barely see value. Decide at purchase time whether your deck's Exude rate justifies the price.
