Silent Overview

Silent specializes in stacking damage through Poison and Shiv spam. On the defensive side, she covers herself flexibly with discard- and evasion-oriented cards.

• Unique ability: starts each combat with Survivor (Block + discard a card)
• Strong strategies: Poison accumulation, multi-hit Shiv pressure, deck cycling
• Weaknesses: low single-hit damage, and enemies that resist Poison

Recommended Cards

S-Rank (top priority picks)

• Adder's Embrace: near-invincible defensive tool. Even with the Dexterity reduction, it buys you several turns.
• Adrenaline: 0-cost draw and Energy on the same card. Fits into any build.
• Corpse Explosion: deals area damage whenever an enemy dies. Utterly dominant in Act 2 hallway fights.
• Corrosive Wave: doubles Poison (triples when upgraded). The finisher for any Poison build.

A-Rank (strong picks)

• Infectious Blast: auto-applies Poison every turn. Being a power, it stays up permanently.
• Footwork: permanent Dexterity gain. Dramatically improves Block efficiency.
• Backstab: 0-cost, high-damage Innate attack. A great opening card when you see it early.
• Malaise: an X-cost skill that lowers enemy Strength and applies Weak. A safety net for boss fights.

Deck-Building Direction

Poison Build (recommended)

Stack Poison and let time do the work. Silent's signature style.

1. Early: collect Poison cards like Deadly Poison and Infectious Blast.
2. Mid: if you find Corrosive Wave, commit to Poison. Burst + Corrosive Wave puts out explosive damage.
3. Late: thin the deck and manage your hand with Well-Laid Plans. Corpse Explosion clears entire floors.

Shiv Build

Spam 0-cost cards and throw Shiv after Shiv.

1. Key cards: Blade Dance, Cloak and Dagger, Accuracy
2. Relics: Shuriken (every 3rd attack gives +1 Strength) pairs perfectly.
3. Watch-outs: an Energy relic amplifies the burst significantly. Keep an eye on your hand-size cap.

Combat Tips

Act 1

• Just one copy of Deadly Poison stabilizes elite fights.
• Get through with cheap defense like Survivor and Dodge and Roll.
• Accuracy is Weak on its own. Only meaningful once Shiv pieces come together.

Act 2

• Corpse Explosion makes the multi-enemy encounters of Act 2 much easier.
• In a Poison build, try to land both Infectious Blast and Corrosive Wave.
• Start managing your hand with Well-Laid Plans.

Act 3

• Pick your moment carefully for Adder's Embrace.
• If the deck is complete, you can also clear the pre-boss elite.
• Aim for 0-damage turns on the back of Dexterity scaling.

Boss Fights

• Poison build: Infectious Blast then two Corrosive Waves to melt HP quickly. Defend with Footwork.
• Shiv build: Afterimage turns every Shiv into +1 Block; mass Shivs become offense and defense at once.
• General: shut enemies down with Malaise + Leg Sweep while you whittle them down.
