Top-tier Renaissance card. Cost 4: +$2 + trash + persistent buff. After playing Priest, every subsequent trash that turn gives +$2 — explosive economy with thinners.

Biggest strength: cumulative +$2 per trash. Chapel for 4 trashes = +$8 in one turn — thinning + economy combo.

Overall A-S tier. Cost-4 efficiency is among Dominion's best, especially with Chapel-class thinners.

How to Play

Auto-buy at 4 coins. Compete with / displace Chapel.

Mid: Priest → Chapel = +$2 × 4 = +$8 single-turn boost.

Late: Priest + chained trashing for multi-Province + thin deck.

Trash-Buff Tactics

Buff fires only on trashes AFTER Priest plays:

  1. Priest → trasher.
  2. Priest → TR + Chapel = +$2 × 4.
  3. Priest → Priest stacks (+$2 + +$2 = +$4 per trash).

Two Priests: layer-2 = +$4 buff per trash. Three = +$6.

Timing: play Priest first to maximize buff coverage. Always before Chapel / Remodel.
