Little Heart is a 0-cost one-shot temporary card that instantly restores +1 HP. Recovery amount is minimal, but in a pinch it can be the 1 HP that prevents a run-ending hit. Zero mana cost means zero burden on the deck — it is essentially free insurance.

Gemming disposable cards is not recommended:

1. Wild (combo count only)

Arcanas: Experimental Medicine (doubles to +2 HP restore). Crawlers: Clerici (healing synergy). Relics: Healing-boosting relics.

Little Heart is emergency insurance — it keeps you alive by exactly 1 HP when timed correctly. With Experimental Medicine, the +1 becomes +2, doubling efficiency. Do not rely on it as a primary healing source. Including multiple copies provides cumulative HP top-ups in the mid-to-late run during quiet moments.
